June:
Following the Open Public meeting with Welsh Water at the end of May. As agreed, they have sent us information as to how you can sign up for local information about water leaks or works being under taken in your area – they call this In Your Area or IYA. They also included information about how you can register as a priority customer – so that if you have vulnerable people at your address, Welsh Water are aware that you will need a priority service from their teams.
